Return Policy for Coffee Products
At Bucks County Coffee Co., we strive to provide high-quality coffee products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the items under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Process for Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. You will need to provide your order number and reason for the return. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the products.
Refunds: Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any coffee products that have been opened or used.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
