Micro Lot - Small Farm Collective

As the name implies this jewel of a coffee is located in the highlands of Aceh.  In some areas of the farms, the locals have said that when it flowering time there is an exotic fragrance similar to that of ripe jack fruit. We have noticed that coffees coming from these farms have a unique aroma when in parchment form, especially when drying the parchment, we can smell the fresh and delightful fragrance coming out of it. We often see civets wandering onto our farms (likely more than the usual farms) due to their being 
attracted to ripe fruits. 

Cupping Properties

This coffee cupped especially well with a silky mouth feel, and a heavy body. It 
was a clean cup, with medium-high acidity, a pleasant caramel like sweetness, 
hints of bold, ripe fruits, and a chocolatey after taste. 

Community Driven

Over the past few years, we have been providing school supplies for many students in the Lintong and Aceh areas and food supplies in a few orphanages for disadvantaged children in the Medan area. We plan to work with professional nonprofit organizations in Indonesia to ensure our charity programs will have better accountability and a long-lasting impact.
