So far I really like it, I have favorites from BCC that are better in my opinion but if you're a hazelnut fan this is really solid. It's really good old school percolator style

Never had a problem. Order one day and for the most part the next day or in 2 days the coffee arrives. Plus the coffee is excellent. Have been drinking it for years.
